Tested in pick and place tasks for soft and rigid objects.
Pro
The hand is very solid, and I found a relative extensive support online. I appreciated particularly the support from the company, which is very quick to reply to inquiries of the buyer (which is not obvious). For pick and place tasks, you can easily set up the demo with minimum effort.
Con
I feel the price is a little bit high, maybe higher than the competitors. It is probably not appropriate for research applications, since it is not versatile.

Pick and place in human interactive environment
Pro
The robotiq gripper is easy to commission on the robot end effector and is used for easy configure. The gripper achieves a higher flexibility and the reliability is very good. The wide stroke options allows for bigger objects to manipulate. The internal and external grasping achives it use for multiple applications and with varying object shapes. The higher finger length enables to hold the object firmly in a stable position. The supplier provides the documents and CAD models which helps to very easily integrate and do a prior study on collision with other systems.
Con
The sensor could have additional features to detect the force or if there is a human intervention like tactile sensing capability to use very efficiently in human robot collabratively working environment. In a very compact environment, since the finger length is high, it is not possible to naviagte easily in compact environment and manipulate objects. So the home position of gripper should be such that it consumes very little space.
