The Ŝharko25 AGV/AMR is an autonomous under rider that offers a safe and efficient alternative to the traditionally used manned forklifts to transport heavy loads. This vehicle is designed to operate in areas where space and safety often oppose a challenge for forklifts. With its small dimensions and high manoeuvrability, it can operate in areas where floor space is scarce and even use floor space under machinery or installations. The Ŝharko25 can navigate autonomously, and no physical changes are required to its area of operation.
This AGV/AMR offers a solution to minimize the amount of manual transports throughout the production and storage areas. It guarantees a safe and regular supply or discharge of frames or racks, mostly from and to machines or different locations in production. The Ŝharko25 can transport different undercarriages, racks, frames, and other heavy loads, and it can lift up to 2,500 KG.
The Ŝharko25 is highly flexible and easy to integrate with your production and logistical processes. It supports opportunistic charging, and its top speed is 1.45 m/s (>5 km/h). This AGV/AMR is easy to integrate with production line or ERP systems, and it offers flexible adding and removing of pick-up and drop-off points. With WiFi connection to our traffic control system MoviĜo Site, extensive data collection options, and no physical changes to the operating area required, the Ŝharko25 is a reliable and efficient solution for heavy-duty transport in industrial environments.
