The PL-US-MiR Pallet Lift is a versatile top module designed to optimize internal logistics by automating the transportation of US-sized pallets. Compatible with MiR500, MiR600, MiR1000, and MiR1350 autonomous mobile robots, this module can handle pallets up to 1016 x 1219 mm (40 x 48 inches) with a maximum payload of 1250 kg. The dimensions of the lift are 1350 x 910 x 94 mm, and it weighs 85 kg. The lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3.5 seconds both up and down, ensuring efficient and quick pallet handling.
A standout feature of the PL-US-MiR is its robust design, which includes an industrial actuator with a ball screw spindle, servo motor, and dynamic brake. The scissor lift design with cam followers allows for stable handling of uneven loads up to 850 kg in one corner. Bearings in all moving joints ensure durability and smooth operation, with a life expectancy of over 600,000 lift cycles at maximum payload. It operates on 48V safe power for the drive and 24V for the controller.
