AutomationWare's Screw Axes technology is based on ISO7 screws, with the option for ISO5 screws. To ensure accurate positioning, high-resolution encoders are used. For added protection against dust and foreign bodies, the High Protection versions have a foil or bellows protection. The planetary gearboxes available have high efficiency and precision, allowing for optimized motor performance based on the load to be moved. The wide range of high-performance gearboxes, servo-stepper or brushless motors, variety of return shafts, and appropriate interface plates allow for the creation of single or multi-axis solutions. Periodic lubrication is easily accessible.

For those looking for Cartesian configurations, the direct connection to the driving pulley of gearboxes and motors through suitable flanges ensures good rigidity and allows for high dynamics. Complete units with planetary gearbox and motors are available. The screw nut is fixed inside the trolley and protected by a steel sheet.

The Axis Motion Line series includes various accessories to support any application, including compact planetary gearboxes with extremely low backlash and high efficiency, flanges and shrink discs or conical bushes for perfect compatibility with motors or reducers, various types of motors and drivers, and sensors for mobile carriage and/or fixed carriage units and mobile profile. Sensors of various types, such as Hall effect, induction or electromechanical with profile or bracket fixing, are available, as are brackets and connection systems for XYZ configurations or adapters for connection to the SM Series.

AutomationWare Belt Axes is a series of linear motion systems designed for use in industrial automation applications. These systems consist of a motor, belt drive, and linear bearing system that enable precise and accurate motion control in manufacturing environments. The belt axes are often used in applications that require high-speed, high-precision movement of loads or products, such as pick-and-place operations, material handling, and packaging. The AutomationWare Belt Axes are available in several configurations, including single-axis and multi-axis systems, and can be integrated with other automation components such as motion controllers and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). They can be customized to meet the specific requirements of different applications, with options for different motor types, belt materials, and load capacity. In addition to their precision and flexibility, AutomationWare Belt Axes are known for their durability and reliability in harsh industrial environments. They are designed to withstand heavy loads, high speeds, and frequent use, and are often used in manufacturing applications that require continuous operation over long periods of time.
