Problem
A palletizing application where light cylindrical products need to be picked from a production line conveyor and placed into a cardboard box. There are two types of products, each with a different diameter.
Solution
A Doosan M1013 with a custom-designed robot gripper automates the process. When the products on the production line change to a smaller variant the cobot automatically changes the robot gripper and continues. The cobot has a sleeve to prevent contamination of the environment.
