A one-piece robot protective cover with thermally welded seams. The ProSuit ONE protection is extremely tear- and wear-resistant and is ideal for protecting UR gears in the ceramic processing industry, for painting applications and for drilling emulsions in machining centers.

The one-sided PU film laminated polyester robot protective cover of the ProSuit F&P is suitable for UR applications in food processing, in clean rooms and in the pharmaceutical industry. The high-pressure-resistant, dirt-repellent, easy-to-clean material is resistant to commonly used cleaning agents and boiling water resistant up to 75 ° C.

The protective cover complies with the FDA 21 CFR chap. 1, EGV 1935/04 and meets the standard IP 67 requirements.

Protective covers


The Robosuit® is a protective cover for the full range of UR arms. The UR5 Robosuit ® consists of nine suit components: a base skirt, base cover, lower arm, shoulder, upper arm, wrist, and three ring-retainers. Components interlock/join via either PVC rings or simple cuff-overlaps. Velcro seams are featured unless otherwise specified.

The e-series version of the Robosuit ® includes four additional components: a J6 seal, and three additional ring-retainers. Each cover is custom-manufactured to your specific application and need and will protect your UR robot from extremes in temperature, sharp metal turnings, cutting fluids and coolants, and particulate (grit, dust, and debris).
