Fetch Robotics PalletTransport1500 Specifications
Ranked Nr. 99 of 184 Mobile Robots
The Fetch Robotics PalletTransport1500 is an autonomous pallet conveyance system designed to automate pallet transport, reduce traffic, and incidents in warehouse and manufacturing environments. By reducing dependency on forklifts and lift trucks, the PT1500 increases safety while minimizing training time and cost. The system is ideal for workflows like kitting, zone picking, and pallet building, and can move multi-sized pallets with payloads of up to 2500lbs around your dynamic facility with ease.
One of the key benefits of the PT1500 is that it eliminates manual travel with a pallet jack or forklift, increasing safety by automating putaway, replenishment, crossdocking, returns, and more. Additionally, it allows for case pick-to-robot with Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) pickup, delivery, and drop-off using the Pallet Transfer Station, which further reduces the risk of injury from moving heavy pallets.
The PT1500 can safely transport full pallets up to 48"x48" with a 2500lbs capacity in dynamic warehouse environments. It features eight 3D cameras and two LiDAR sensors for superior navigation and fast, safe stops when an obstacle is detected. Additionally, distribution and manufacturing workflows can be customized from anywhere with FetchCore™ cloud software.
The safety features of the PT1500 are also noteworthy. It is a collaborative, autonomous mobile robot designed to work around people without compromising safety at the expense of efficiency. The system is equipped with some of the most advanced safety features in the industry, including 2D LiDAR scanners with a 25m range for mapping, localization, obstacle avoidance, and object detection. Multiple 3D depth cameras allow for superior robot vision to avoid both ground-based and overhanging dynamic obstacles, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and people.
