The Nachi MC12S is a high speed and compact version of the MC20 excellent for use in work cells with limited space. The MC12S robot achieves even higher speeds than its larger counterparts in the MC series due to its reduced size. A slim base minimizes required floor space and provides floor, wall, and ceiling mounting options to further extend application possibilites and reduce work cell size. The MC12S model offers a reach of 1400mm and provides point repeatability of ± 0.06mm. Compact arm design reduces interference with peripheral equipment and is also IP65 compliant. Internal air supply lines and signal cabling support numerous applications, optional internal pneumatic valves eliminate the need for shoulder-mounted valve packages.

The KR 5-2 Arc HW (Hollow Wrist) is a new type of robot that is considered to be the arc welding specialist. It's attributes truly put it in a class of its own. For instance, it has a 50 mm opening in the arm and wrist to enable the internal routing of the arc welding dress package. This is a huge advantage as it helps to protect the dress package from mechanical influences and whiplash. There are a variety of dress package options available such as torsion-type and infinitely rotating. The KR 5-2 can handle up to 5 kg in payload and a reach up to 1423 mm. Additionally, the KR 5-2 Arc HW design provides more accessible components and a simplified offline programming platform. This robot will be paired with the KR C4 controller.
