We have used the Mobile Industrial Robot ( MiR Hook 250 ) for trolley handling application , there were different type of trolleys ; the MiR will detect the trolleys using April Tag . Also implemented fleet system , it will help to communicate between the Robots. The project commissioning was done within a less timespan with the help of user-friendly programming interface. Recommended for industrial application such as trolley handling , pallet handling - logistics and assembly area etc.

1. MiR Robot are Autonomous - The Robot detects obstacles on the path ways , it will reroute the path to the destination area. 2. Digitalisation and productivity - MiR Robots can be implemented those factories who are looking for digitilisation , also it will help to reduce manpower and productivity can be increased. 3. Auto charging The auto charging function helps the Robot to charge automatically when the battery percentage below the predefined setting range. This can be programmed via the Robot interface. Also, the MiR fleet will help the Robots to navigate with controlled traffic.

1. Can not be used in wet area - The MiR Robots are not designed to use in wet area or slippery areas. 2. Battery: there was some batteries which are overheating, but MiR team call backed all the defective battery and replaced with new battery free of cost . 3. Pricing: The cost seems to be high compared to other Robot manufacturer.
