Title
The Omron AIV (Autonomous Intelligent Vehicle) was used for trials with a Techman robot mounted on the Omron LD60. The trial involved the robot's general use, including but not exclusive to using the software to map the area and auto-docking the mobot into the charger.
Pro
The tablet software is quite good, it is easy to use the Omron robot using the tablet, and you can drive the robot and execute routes. The programming of the robot is quite easy and the graphical user interface is clear. Mapping the area is simple, one click to map and you can drive the robot with the joystick, PC or Tablet app. Easy to implement zones like slow zones and no go zones which is vital.
Con
The communications out from the robot are quite hard to manage when using a Cobot on top. The accuracy of the robot can sometimes be a problem, when trying to get an accurate location it seems to "dance" around in circles, sometimes for a long time. The charger supplied with the robot isn't great, sometimes it fails to triangulate to it, even though the ambient environment has not changed. Software loses connection from time to time, this has happened on multiple connections and wifi's. The surface on which it drives really affect the performance of the robot, trialed on multiple surfaces.

Title
Different applications. One of the applications is a rack which is filled by a robot.
Pro
The robots have not only one way where they have to drive, they can drive around dynamic obstacles. They are easy to programming.
Con
Too many dynamic obstacles (like many people) made the robot very slow.
