What is SVP-LLB?

The SVP-LLB is a five-axis double L-type positioner with a counterweight tilt axis placed on a rotating center. It is designed to handle light and medium payloads and has two fixture positions suitable for payloads up to 3,000 kg. The positioner features a high-strength welded steel structure that ensures rigidity and stability during operation. Additionally, the modular design makes it possible to manufacture this positioner at a low cost, providing customers with a cost-effective solution.

The SVP-LLB positioner utilizes state-of-the-art reduction gearboxes, X bearings, and gear solutions, ensuring precise and smooth motion control. The positioner offers a range of specifications, including maximum payload, fixture diameter, COG offset, maximum speed, index time, allowable inertia, static torque, dynamic torque, emergency stop torque, and repeatability at 500mm.

There are several available options for the SVP-LLB positioner, including an extra servo-controlled Z-stroke, ground bushing with sliding copper blocks, ground cables connected to a connection point at the positioner base, a swivel unit for air and signals (not servo motor signals), home/safe position sensor, servo motor integration, and special color of paint. These options allow the positioner to be customized to meet specific application requirements.
