Title
I have used Biosero's Green Button Go for multiple lab automation integrations. The main use was a large screening system with ~10 instruments integrated. Green Button Go is very flexible and was able to connect with each instrument. For those instruments that did not have an existing driver Biosero was really supportive to write custom drivers for our purposes. The system proved to be very reliable and was utilized daily for years.
Pro
The software is incredibly easy to learn and use. Biosero continues to improve the software each year adding useful features. Writing complex scheduling scripts is relatively easy and straightforward. The customer support is second to none.
Con
Not much negative about the software. The only issue is because of the added features and growth of Biosero as a company the software has gone up significantly in prices over the years but it is worth the money I feel.
