Title
I used hundereds of this scara robot for various operations. Last time I used for one pick and place operation in ignition coil production line. The diode wire was diameter 0.5mm and we have to place into ignition coil with +-0.05mm tolerance to avoid bad insertion. This robot quiet reliable for light duty operations with high resolution. The best feature of Epson is user interface. It could take less than hour to learn how to program it.
Pro
Easy to program, highly reliable, free-power ax. teaching feature.
Con
You must build a bearing group on top of lead shaft (Z Ax. of Robot) to make moveable cable-tube way. It'd be great to have together with robot.
