The three-part ProSuit FLEX robot protective cover offers great flexibility in robot positions thanks to the highly elastic, coated polyester and the multi-part design. The robot protective jacket is extremely tear and wear-resistant and is suitable for protecting the UR robot gears in the ceramic processing industry, in painting applications and in machining centers when the requirement for a large work area and complex robot poses or maximum possible freedom of movement of the robot is required.

Protective covers


The Robosuit® is a protective cover for the full range of UR arms. The UR5 Robosuit ® consists of nine suit components: a base skirt, base cover, lower arm, shoulder, upper arm, wrist, and three ring-retainers. Components interlock/join via either PVC rings or simple cuff-overlaps. Velcro seams are featured unless otherwise specified.

The e-series version of the Robosuit ® includes four additional components: a J6 seal, and three additional ring-retainers. Each cover is custom-manufactured to your specific application and need and will protect your UR robot from extremes in temperature, sharp metal turnings, cutting fluids and coolants, and particulate (grit, dust, and debris).
