The Palletizer Dobot CR20A with Lift Column is designed for high-performance palletizing tasks, featuring a 20 kg payload capacity and the ability to stack loads up to 2100 mm in height. Its compact design allows it to operate efficiently in warehouse environments with limited space, making it suitable for optimizing storage and palletizing operations. The CR20A robotic arm ensures precise and consistent operation, handling up to 10 picks per minute, making it ideal for medium- to high-speed palletizing applications.

With the addition of the lift column, the palletizer can reach extended pallet heights, enhancing its versatility for handling larger loads or stacking operations. The system is configured to work with two pallets placed on either side of the lift pedestal, improving workflow efficiency. Warehouse for the processing of small and large series.
Thanks to the rotating table it can work continuously: on one side the operator loads the blanks and unloads the finished products, while on the other side the Cobot picks them up and positions them in the machine. When the series is finished, the table rotates so as to serve the Cobot again.

The capacity of the grids varies according to the size of the workpiece: for example, if you are machining workpieces with Ø 45 mm (or 45 x 45 mm) you can load 80 pcs/ grid.

The cobot palletiser is the palletiser robot’s little brother. The cobot also automatically loads pallets with pre-packed products but is half the size of the larger version and easy to move around. We developed this cobot palletiser, named GoBot Palletise Solution, in-house.
