ROBOWORLD Climate-Controlled Robosuit® Alternatives & Competitors

The UR10 Robosuit ® consists of nine suit components: a base skirt, base cover, lower arm, shoulder, upper arm, wrist, and three ring-retainers. Components join/interlock via either PVC rings or simple cuff-overlaps. The design is such that each adjoining piece “mates” with the next. Velcro seams are featured unless otherwise specified. The e-series version of the Robosuit ® includes two additional components: a J6 ring retainer and dedicated tool flange cover.

Each cover is custom manufactured to your specific application and need and will protect your UR robot from extremes in temperature, sharp metal turnings, cutting fluids and coolants, and particulate (grit, dust, and debris).

Excellent general use material for most water-soluble coolants and cutting fluids, fine mesh grits and powders, de-ionized water, and limited protection from pressurized water sprays/ mist

17OZ Hypalon ® impregnated vinyl UR10 Robosuit ®:

Excellent material for use in high-abrasion environments as well as metal chips (de-burr/cutting)
Provides limited levels of protection from water spray/ mist while offering good levels of chemical resistance

Aluminum coated Kevlar ® UR10 Robosuit ®:

Excellent material for use in high and low heat environments, light sparks and for UV protection
Nominal insulating factor of R-0.7

Excellent protection in (caustic) chemical environments
