The Robosuit® is a protective cover for the full range of UR arms. The UR3 Robosuit ® consist of 11 components: a base skirt, base skirt ring, base cover, lower arm, lower arm ring, upper arm ring, upper arm, upper arm, upper arm ring, wrist, and wrist ring. Components interlock/ join via either PVC rings or simple cuff-overlaps. Velcro seams are featured unless otherwise specified.

Each cover is custom-manufactured to your specific application and need and will protect your UR robot from extremes in temperature, sharp metal turnings, cutting fluids and coolants, and particulate (grit, dust, and debris).

The Climate-Controlled Robosuit® allows users to employ a UR robot in manufacturing conditions beyond the OEM-specified environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, chemical exposure, etc.). Please be certain to indicate if your need is for heating, cooling or both if requesting further information. How does it work? It is a turnkey solution that can heat, cool or pressurize the Robosuit®, effectively isolating the robot from extreme manufacturing conditions. FEATURES: Allows users to employ a robot in conditions that would otherwise preclude automation. It isolates the robot from temperatures, chemicals and other environmental extremes—protecting the robot, and ensuring clean/efficient maintenance in the future.
