The InspectorP61x, an industrial ultracompact 2D vision sensor, is perfect for inline inspection of smaller parts, assemblies, and finished products. Its small form makes the sensor useful in applications where space is limited or for robot end-of-arm mounting. The integrated optics and illumination enable the user to tune the light’s brightness, color, and shape and obtain high-quality images out of the box. The included Quality Inspection SensorApp lets both expert and nonexpert users configure the sensor in no time through an intuitive web user interface. The PLOC2D is a vision system for 2D parts localization. The easy-to-operate sensor system is fitted with a high-quality image processing hardware which is used in combination with a powerful localization algorithm. It can therefore localize parts quickly and reliably. The housing of the sensor system has an enclosure rating of IP65. The PLOC2D is connected directly to the robot control or the PLC and is ready to use immediately. The intuitive human machine interface is designed to ensure that the PLOC2D is easy to set up and maintain in production environments.
