What is CO2K-M?
Alkeria CO2K-M is a high-quality, flexible, and powerful single-USB3 camera that provides all the features of the CELERA platform in a convenient package. With its extremely compact design and rugged construction, the CELERA One camera series is perfect for a wide range of applications, including automated optical inspection, high-performance sorting systems, industrial metrology, microscopy, medical diagnostics, and machine vision.
One of the key advantages of the CELERA One camera is its direct power supply from the USB3 bus, eliminating the need for external power adapters. USB3 also provides a cost-effective and widely used interface, pushing speed performance to the top.
The CELERA One camera offers versatile I/O interfaces to control external devices such as strobe lights and encoders, with 2 input lines with direct encoder interface, 2 output lines, and 1 input/output (RS422, RS644 LVDS, LVTTL). Its multipurpose I/O connector provides user I/O, line/frame triggering, and direct encoder interface.
Moreover, the CELERA One camera provides powerful on-board image processing capabilities, including 8 AOI, independent LUTs, gamma correction, white balance, brightness, contrast, sharpness, saturation, and hue. Its control sequencing mechanism allows up to 64 different video settings to be applied to a chain of subsequent frames.
For developers, an easy-to-use set of software APIs is available, supporting all major programming languages such as Python, C#, VB, and C++ in the Visual Studio or QT environment. Additionally, the Software Development Kit provided with CELERA One cameras is fully compatible with major machine vision software for industrial applications, such as Cognex VisionPro, MVTech Halcon, and NI LabView.
The CELERA One camera is also supplied with a C-mount lens adapter and other accessories are available upon request, such as an F-mount adapter, shielded I/O cable, and industrial grade USB3 cables.
