Hi, I am the smallest of the collaborative robot range, with six axis in my arm, and my maximum payload is 4kg. Similar to my fellow collaborative robots, I handle lightweight tasks that are tedious, highly manual. My compact nature enables me to perform smaller jobs in areas with limited space requirements. It is possible for me to be wall- or invert-mounted, offering me a wider range of motion without interfering with the operator’s workspace. Since I can take over these dull jobs, your hands are free to focus on more intelligent work or even more pressing matters. We can also work together side-by-side on tasks that are more complex, and require more interactive approaches (e.g. robot hands the part and the operator handles the quality checking). In addition to my compact, slim design, I am able to operate closely with humans without fencing due to a safety stop feature. This special ability increases the space availability, resulting in considerable cost savings.

CR-35iB: The world’s strongest cobot

The CR-35iB is not only a FANUC but the world’s strongest collaborative robot with a lifting capacity of up to 35 kg. The load capacity combined with its extensive reach and safety certification makes it ideally suited to a wide range processes involving heavy lifting and positioning that was traditionally carried out by humans.


Superior reach as well as payload
The CR-35iB can handle objects up to 35 kg, making it ideal for processes that expose workers to the risk of repetitive strain and other work-related injuries. Its versatility is enhanced by an extensive reach (1831mm), making it suitable for a large variety of applications.


Large hollow wrist
To prevent the risk of snagging and cable wear, all cables can be routed through the robot’s large 57 mm diameter hollow wrist and hollow arm. An additional mounting facility on the J3 arm enables close mounting of end effector control equipment.


Human safe, no fences needed
Due to its collaborative nature, CR-35iB works in cooperation or alongside humans in a shared work environment. The whole CR series is equipped with ultra-safe FANUC contact stop protection based on proven sensor technology, so humans safety is assured while fences are no longer needed


Protection class IP67
The extra smooth surfaces of the CR series helps to minimise dust and dirt build up. Thanks to IP67 protection on its arm and wrist axis, it is well suited for dirty environments.


Objects recognition
As with all FANUC robots, the CR series can be equipped with a FANUC 2D and 3D Vision Systems which can enable the robot to locate and position parts and workpieces.


Proven reliability
The CR-35iB maybe green to indicate its collaborative nature but as with any Yellow FANUC robot ensures the same high reliability and uptime due to well proven technology and ease of repair.

Hi, my name is CR-14iA/L. I'm a special collaborative robot from FANUC that merges the features from my big brother CR-15iA and my smaller brother CR-7iA. I was developed to work safely and efficiently. Thanks to the combination of my reach, payload, and size, I can be used in many fields of applications like loading and unloading machines and other factory automation tasks. I can support you where the space is too tight to use one of my big brothers, but heavy payload and a large reach is however needed. My features and benefits can be used straightforward due to easy programming and thanks to hand guidance for teaching and handling. Despite my green exterior, I operate like any industrial FANUC robot and I am able to reliably repeat the same movement multiple times with a repeatability of ± 0.01 mm.

Depending on your need, I can be programmed to perform entire production flows that require steady and reliable quality levels. These tasks can range from small parts assembly, to highly repetitive tasks such as picking and placing items from one place to another. My long reach of 911 mm makes me the ideal candidate for machine tending and palletizing applications. I do not need to be fenced in, since I have a proven sensor technology integrated in me, which automatically makes me stop after collision with a fixed object or yourself. This not only saves you space, but it also reduces your manufacturing costs. I am compatible with existing FANUC accessories like iRVision. I come in two different sizes – one standard arm and one long arm version - other than that, we are much alike. The benefit of each depends on your needs, as the standard arm is suited better if you have spacing issues, while the long arm can reach further in case your workspace is wider spread.
