Hypersen HPS-LCX1000 is designed for high-precision 3D inspection of transparent, mirrored, and highly reflective materials, such as glass and metals. The device can record detailed raw data and generate various forms of 2D/3D graphs. With a field of view of 2.3mm and a measurement range of 1.4mm, it provides high-resolution images with X-resolution of 1.1μm and 0.1μm Z-axis repeatability.
