I tested it in pick and place tasks, with rigid and soft objects.
Pro
The hand is very solid, and I found a relative extensive support online. I appreciated particularly the support from the company, which is very quick to reply to inquiries of the buyer (which is not obvious). A plus is also the design with 3 fingers, which provides some degree of manipulation capabilities, opening for interesting tasks. The price is a little bit high, but I guess it is justified by the design.
Con
For my research I usually prefer to use a soft end effector, which is more human friendly and safe.

The manipulation and degrees of freedom of the fingers which enhances it's gripping force.

It's not adequate for picking up lighter/softer materials.
