Robotic Bottle Depalletizing System Universal Robots UR10e

Problem

A pallet with glass beer bottles needs to be depalletized. The bottles are fed onto a conveyor that takes them into the production line. Between each layer of beer bottles is a cardboard layer pad. When a layer of bottles is removed from the pallet, the cobot pushes the cardboard layer pad from the pallet.

Solution

A UR10e cobot takes 20 bottles at a time and places them on the conveyor. When a layer of bottles is removed from the pallet, the cobot pushes the cardboard layer pad from the pallet. Then the cobot starts with depalletizing the next layer of bottles.
