It has the high speed robot motion which reduces the Air cut time for spot gun, flexible wrist motion range make easy programming for complicated weld part, high density installation, Slim Profile designed for reaching confined space. Integrated spot harness is incredible which improves the wrist range and flexibility, internal wiring and cables prevent wear and unexpected breakdowns which is the most significant factor for good productivity in fast paced industries It uses YRC controller, which has the really user friendly programming interface, anyone with the basic knowledge of spot weld programming can integrate easily, Everything is built by default, we just need to send the weld parameters in it. Yaskawa robots reduce cycle time through their high operating speed and accuracy, pinpoint precision and high level of repeatability makes completely less material waste.
