Brooks Automation PreciseFlex 3400 Specifications
Ranked Nr. 214 of 163 SCARA Robots
The PreciseFlex 3400 is the world's first four-axis SCARA robot, designed to provide fast, safe, and efficient operations. With its collaborative design, the PreciseFlex 3400 is able to achieve speeds and accelerations that are unmatched by other collaborative robots, while still limiting collision forces. The robot is equipped with a maximum horizontal reach of 300 mm (1ft) and a maximum vertical reach of 25 mm (1inch), and is capable of performing pick-and-place cycle times of 1.4 seconds, which is comparable to the speed of human operators. Additionally, the PreciseFlex 3400 has a maximum payload capacity of 3 kg and limits free space collision forces to under 100 N, making it the fastest and safest robot in its class. The robot's controller and connectivity options are also user-friendly, allowing for easy setup and programming through a web interface or advanced programming language.
