A centering disc can be installed on both the upper assembly (robot side) and lower assembly (tool side) of the robot and ensures that the tools are correctly aligned with the robot arm.

By turning the semi cylindrical bolt by 180°, the upper assembly and lower assembly are secured together. When locking, the lower assembly is pulled up by the lever action. A centering disc can be installed on both the upper assembly (robot side) and lower assembly (tool side) of the robot and ensures that the tools are correctly aligned with the robot arm.

The MTC-606 is the smallest tool changer in our line up and consists of 6 through-ports sized for G1/4 fittings which can be used for either vacuum or pressure. Customized robot flange plates ranging from 20-55mm diameter patterns makes the MTC-606 ideal for all your cobot needs

The SHW Connector is a manual tool changer with an optimized locking mechanism. The connector consists of a cylindrical bolt which locks the upper and lower assembly together. A centering disc can be installed on both the upper assembly (robot side) and lower assembly (tool side) of the robot and ensures that the tools are correctly aligned with the robot arm.
